Welcome to the Glendale Elementary School District (GESD) Online Workflow and Employee Self Service Web Portal.  We have provided this secure online site to further enhance the communications and flow of data in our District. To access the iVisions Guide, click here.

CURRENT EMPLOYEES: Please log in using your GESD network user name and password to access the secure location of the site. 

If you have difficulty logging in, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk at 623.237.7117 for assistance. 

GUEST TEACHERS/SUBSTITUTES/PREVIOUS EMPLOYEES: You can select 'register' to create a user name and password. Access will be granted once you authenticate your account by answering a series of questions. User name must be the first two letters of your last name and the last 5 digits of your SSN. For example: BE12345 The display name should be your first and last name together. For example: John Beck

 Log In To Access Minimize

All active employees have access to the Employee Resources tab.  Depending on your position and/or job duties, you may have access to additional areas, i.e., My Workflow, Human Resources, etc.   Once logged into the site you will have access to some of the following important departments.

  • Employee Resources - view pay stub information, view and change address information, view attendance leave balances, review year-to-date pay information, obtain tax withholding information and forms, etc.
  • My Workflow - review workflow items, i.e., ePARs and purchase/warehouse requistions requiring your approval.
  • Business Resources - important information regarding several of the District's Business Services departments.
  • Human Resources - Administrators, supervisor/managers can view important staff information.
